This November, you are invited to enjoy this festival of light at the Indianspice Diwali Festival 2012. The Indianspice Diwali Festival will be held on 11 November 2012 at Gold Reef City, from 10am. It will also be lighting up Sun City’s Valley of the Waves on 13 November 2012. Ramfest 2013 is Coming

RAMfest 2013

For fans of alternative music, the end of RAMfest 2012 was a bittersweet moment. Their sadness at the conclusion of SA’s ultimate rock festival was matched only by the excitement created by the superb programme. This is all set to happen again very, very soon as the countdown to RAMfest 2013 has begun. Next year’s event will take place in 5 cities across the country and is set to include some of the finest live entertainment on the scene. The international acts in the coming programme are particularly impressive, including the USA’s As I Lay Dying and Rise Against, Britain’s Bring Me The Horizon and the dynamic Australian/English combo that is Pendulum.   Go WALE watching in Jozi Joburg may not have a sea, but it does have a WALE. The Wits Arts and Literature Experience is back and, from 9-12 May, will be showcasing the best that the university and the city have to offer across many creative disciplines.
